By accessing and using RenovAIte ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

RenovAIte is an AI-powered platform that provides interior design visualization services. Users can upload images and generate design transformations and video content using artificial intelligence.

IMPORTANT: You are solely responsible for all content you upload, create, or generate using RenovAIte.

By using our Platform, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Content Ownership: You must own or have legal rights to use all images, videos, and content you upload to the Platform
• Copyright and IP: You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights
• Accuracy and Legality: RenovAIte makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of any content generated or processed through the Platform
• Commercial Use: Any commercial, marketing, or public use of generated content is entirely at your own risk and responsibility
• AI Limitations: AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, biases, or unintended results, and you assume all responsibility for reviewing and validating outputs

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Upload, generate, or distribute illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Generate content that violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or interfere with the Platform's functionality
• Use the Platform for any fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Upload content containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

Service Availability: While we strive to maintain continuous service availability, RenovAIte may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Feature Changes: We may add, modify, or remove features, functionality, or pricing at our discretion. Such changes may affect your ability to access certain content or use specific features.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RENOVAITE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes
• Any defects or errors will be corrected

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Data Retention: We reserve the right to delete or modify your data if your account becomes inactive or violates these terms. You are responsible for backing up your important data.

Platform IP: The Platform, including all software, algorithms, and proprietary technology, is owned by RenovAIte and is protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content: You retain ownership of your original content, but by uploading to the Platform, you grant us a license to process, store, and use it to provide our services.

Generated Content: You own the content generated through the Platform, but you acknowledge that AI-generated content may not be eligible for copyright protection in all jurisdictions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and associated data.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RenovAIte and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Platform
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright or privacy right
• Any content you upload or generate using the Platform

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RenovAIte operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

The Platform integrates with third-party services (including but not limited to Clerk for authentication, Convex for data storage, and various AI processing services). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and conditions.

RenovAIte is not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of third-party services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms operate to the fullest extent permissible by law.
